bondit TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: October 1, 2026

Last Updated: September 30, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the bondit mobile application and related online services provided by Bondit Community Inc. (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

The bondit mobile application and all related online services are collectively referred to in these Terms as the “Service.”

Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Service.

Certain rights described in these Terms may vary depending on your age, location, device platform, and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or other legal right that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.

1. PURPOSE AND SERVICE OPERATOR

These Terms establish the rights and obligations between Bondit Community Inc. and users in connection with the use of the bondit mobile application and related online services.

The Service is provided and operated by:

Bondit Community Inc.

140 York Street

Canton, MA 02021

United States

and

2055 Limestone Road, Suite 200C

Wilmington, DE 19808

United States

Customer Support: [bondit.contact@gmail.com](mailto:bondit.contact@gmail.com)

The Company processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

Agreement to these Terms does not constitute blanket consent to any processing of personal information for which separate consent is required by law. In particular, these Terms do not by themselves constitute consent to the use of personal information for training general purpose artificial intelligence models where separate notice, authorization, or consent is legally required.

2. DEFINITIONS

For purposes of these Terms:

“Plot” means playable content consisting of or incorporating characters, settings, fictional worlds, conversation settings, introductions, lorebooks, images, prompts, or similar content.

“Creator” means a user who creates, uploads, publishes, or otherwise makes content available through the Service.

“User Content” means text, prompts, settings, images, comments, descriptions, materials, information, or other content that a user submits, uploads, enters, creates, or makes available through the Service.

“AI Output” means text, images, or other material generated through artificial intelligence features based on user input, Service settings, Plot information, or other inputs.

“Adult Plot” means a Plot classified by a Creator or the Company as appropriate only for adult users.

“Sparks” means paid virtual credits that may be used for designated features within the Service.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND MINORS

3.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the Service.

If the laws of your place of residence require a higher minimum age, parental or guardian consent, or another condition for use of an online service, the applicable local requirement will control.

The Company may restrict registration, access, or particular features in jurisdictions or age groups where it cannot lawfully provide the Service or a particular feature.

3.2 Accurate Age Information

You must provide accurate date of birth information when requested.

You may not use another person’s account, identity, age information, verification materials, or credentials to gain access to the Service or to features for which you are not eligible.

The Company may request additional age or eligibility verification where reasonably necessary or required by applicable law or platform policy.

3.3 Parental or Guardian Consent

If applicable law requires parental or guardian consent for you to enter into these Terms or make a purchase, you must obtain that consent before doing so.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates or limits any statutory right of a minor to disaffirm a contract, obtain a refund, or exercise another right available under applicable law.

Parental or guardian consent does not override restrictions applicable to Adult Plots. A minor may not access Adult Plot gameplay merely because a parent or guardian has consented to the minor’s general use of the Service.

4. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and authentication credentials.

If you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization, please contact Customer Support promptly.

The Company may use reasonable verification procedures to confirm account ownership, identity, eligibility, or security.

You may not:

1. sell, purchase, transfer, or trade accounts in violation of Service rules;

1. create or use additional accounts for the purpose of evading enforcement;

1. impersonate another person or access another person’s account without authorization;

1. circumvent payment systems;

1. circumvent age verification or access controls; or

1. interfere with account security measures.

Nothing in this Section transfers responsibility to you for unauthorized use that was not attributable to your actions or omissions, or for losses resulting from the Company’s own failure to exercise legally required care with respect to security.

5. THE SERVICE AND USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

5.1 Service Features

The Service may include features such as:

1. discovering and browsing Plots;

1. creating characters and Plots;

1. text conversations with AI characters;

1. AI image generation;

1. comments, likes, follows, blocks, and reporting tools;

1. purchasing and using Sparks; and

1. other interactive or creative features.

The features available to you may vary based on device platform, location, age, eligibility, product configuration, or the Company’s operational policies.

5.2 AI Characters Are Not People

AI characters are not real people.

A character inspired by or referring to a real person does not represent, speak for, or act on behalf of that individual unless expressly stated and lawfully authorized.

AI responses may contain inaccurate information, inconsistent statements, fictional information, undesirable language, or other unexpected output.

The Company may provide reporting tools, safety controls, filters, or other mechanisms to address errors and potentially harmful output, but no generative AI system can guarantee perfectly accurate, consistent, or appropriate output in every interaction.

5.3 No Professional or Emergency Services

AI conversations and AI Output are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, mental health, or other professional advice.

The Service is also not an emergency response service.

You should not rely solely on AI Output when making important medical, legal, financial, safety, or other significant decisions.

The Service may contain content that is inappropriate for some minors. Where required by applicable law, the Company may provide disclosures that a user is interacting with AI, reminders regarding prolonged use, safety interventions, or other measures relating to self harm or other serious risks.

6. ADULT CLASSIFICATION AND ACCESS

6.1 Creator Classification

When creating or publishing a Plot, Creators must accurately indicate whether the Plot should be classified as an Adult Plot.

The Company may change a classification or restrict access where appropriate based on the content of the Plot, applicable law, or platform policy.

Where reasonably practicable, the Company will provide information regarding the reason for such a classification or restriction.

An Adult designation does not make otherwise prohibited content permissible.

6.2 Listings and Previews

Adult Plots may be discoverable through titles, listings, categories, or other safe introductory information where permitted.

Titles, covers, thumbnails, tags, descriptions, previews, and other material displayed to minors must not contain sexual content or imagery that applicable law or platform policy prohibits from being shown to minors.

Where required by law or applicable platform rules, the Company may further restrict or disable discovery of Adult Plots.

6.3 Adult Gameplay

Actual gameplay involving an Adult Plot may be available only to users who satisfy applicable adult access requirements and only where the Service supports such access.

Eligibility may be determined using information such as:

1. the date of birth provided during registration;

1. adult content settings;

1. Service access rules;

1. additional age assurance or verification measures where required; and

1. applicable local law.

Unless a different age is required by applicable law, the default minimum age for Adult Plot gameplay is 18.

A minor may not play an Adult Plot or attempt to circumvent an age or access restriction.

Entering a date of birth or enabling an account setting does not guarantee adult access in every jurisdiction.

The Company may require additional verification or impose jurisdiction specific restrictions where required by law or applicable platform rules.

7. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND CONDUCT

The following requirements apply to both general and Adult content.

You may not use the Service to create, upload, publish, distribute, request, facilitate, or otherwise make available content involving:

1. child sexual abuse or exploitation material;

1. sexual grooming of children, child prostitution, child trafficking, or requests, sales, distribution, facilitation, or instructions relating to such unlawful material or activity;

1. sexual depictions of minors, including depictions involving real persons, synthetic or manipulated imagery, fictional characters, or text, where prohibited by the Company’s child safety standards;

1. nonconsensual intimate images or videos, unlawful sexual deepfakes, unlawful recordings, sextortion, or other sexual exploitation;

1. pornography or obscene material prohibited by applicable law;

1. facilitation of prostitution, trafficking, or actual sexual violence or exploitation;

1. unlawful defamation, fraud, impersonation, stalking, disclosure of private information, unlawful doxxing, unlawful threats, or other violations of another person’s rights;

1. encouragement, instruction, or meaningful facilitation of actual self harm, suicide, violent wrongdoing, or criminal activity where prohibited by applicable law;

1. infringement of copyright, trademark, publicity rights, privacy rights, rights relating to a person’s name, image, likeness, or voice, or other third party rights; or

1. malware, security attacks, fraudulent payment activity, unauthorized automated abuse, manipulation of reporting systems, or circumvention of content creation, publication, payment, age, access, or enforcement restrictions.

The Company’s prohibition on sexual depictions of minors reflects the Service’s child protection standards. It does not represent a legal conclusion that every fictional or synthetic depiction is treated identically under the laws of every jurisdiction.

7.1 Safety Review

The Company may use automated systems, generation restrictions, temporary holds, human review, or other appropriate measures during the creation or publication process.

These measures may apply not only to public covers or final outputs, but also to prompts, settings, reference images, and generated material.

The fact that a filter, moderation tool, or generation system allowed particular content does not constitute a determination or warranty that the content is lawful or that you possess all rights necessary to use it.

If you believe content was restricted in error, you may request review through Customer Support.

8. CONTENT INVOLVING REAL PEOPLE

The Company does not prohibit content solely because it references or is inspired by a real person, celebrity, or influencer.

However, any such use must comply with applicable law, and the user must possess any rights, permissions, or other lawful basis required for the particular use.

Where appropriate, parody, fictional, fan created, or unofficial content should be clearly identified as such and must not falsely imply that the real person created, endorsed, approved, or is officially affiliated with the content.

A parody, fan fiction, or unofficial content disclaimer does not excuse unlawful defamation, invasion of privacy, unauthorized commercial exploitation, unlawful intimate imagery, or another violation of law or third party rights.

The Company does not automatically remove content merely because it contains sexual subject matter or because an allegation of defamation has been made.

The Company may, however, restrict or remove content where specific unlawful conduct or infringement is established or where prompt action is otherwise required by law or necessary to address serious harm.

If the Company or a user uses a real person’s name, image, likeness, photograph, or voice in advertising or sales promotion, any rights and consents required for that advertising or promotional use must be obtained separately.

The fact that a Creator has uploaded material to the Service does not, by itself, authorize the Company to use that person’s identity or likeness in external advertising.

9. EXISTING WORKS AND FAN CREATED CONTENT

The Company does not categorically prohibit fan created content, derivative works, characters, or fictional settings merely because they reference an existing work.

Such content may be used only within features provided by the Service and subject to any conditions displayed within the Service.

You are responsible for determining whether you have permission from the rights holder, a valid fair use basis, or another lawful basis for your use.

A use does not automatically become lawful merely because:

1. it is noncommercial;

1. attribution is provided; or

1. it is described as fan fiction or a derivative work.

Uploading original artwork, text, logos, or other protected material from an existing work, particularly for commercial use, may require separate authorization.

If the Company receives a valid infringement notice or becomes aware of clear infringement, it may act in accordance with Section 12.

Permission to use the Service’s features does not constitute a license from the owner of any underlying third party intellectual property.

10. OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT AND LICENSE TO THE COMPANY

10.1 Your Content

As between you and the Company, you retain any rights you hold in your User Content.

You may grant rights to the Company only to the extent that you lawfully possess or control those rights.

Nothing in these Terms transfers, extinguishes, or overrides the rights of third parties or the privacy rights of another person.

10.2 License Necessary to Operate the Service

When you provide User Content to the Service, you grant the Company a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty free license to use that content only to the extent reasonably necessary to:

1. provide and operate the Service;

1. store and transmit content;

1. display and play content;

1. enable discovery and search;

1. perform safety and moderation functions; and

1. otherwise provide functionality you request through the Service.

For these purposes, the Company may reproduce, transmit, technically reformat, resize, encode, generate thumbnails from, or perform AI enabled transformations of content as necessary to provide the applicable Service functionality.

The Company may sublicense these rights only to contractors or service providers to the extent necessary for them to perform services on the Company’s behalf for these purposes.

10.3 Private Drafts and Private Conversations

Private drafts and private conversations will be processed according to the sharing settings selected by the user and as necessary to provide the Service.

The license in this Section does not authorize the Company to publish private drafts or private conversations publicly or to use them as general advertising materials.

Use of personal information for training general purpose AI models, or use of public content in external advertising, will be subject to separate notice and any consent, permission, or other lawful basis required by applicable law.

10.4 Public Content

If you choose to make content public, you authorize other users to discover, view, and play that content within the Service and to view outputs generated as necessary for that gameplay.

Making content public does not automatically grant another user the right to reproduce, republish, distribute, or sell the original Plot settings or underlying materials outside the functionality provided by the Service.

If the Company introduces remixing or similar functionality, the applicable permissions and user controls will be disclosed separately.

10.5 AI Output

Subject to applicable law, third party rights, and the rights the Company is legally able to grant, you may use AI Output within the Service and for other lawful purposes.

The Company does not represent or warrant that:

1. copyright or another intellectual property right will arise in any AI Output;

1. you will obtain exclusive rights in AI Output;

1. similar or identical output will not be generated for other users; or

1. AI Output will be free from third party claims or rights.

You are responsible for evaluating the legality and appropriateness of your intended use of AI Output.

11. POLICY ENFORCEMENT AND ACCOUNT ACTIONS

11.1 Enforcement Factors

When determining an appropriate enforcement action, the Company may consider factors including:

1. the nature of the violation;

1. its seriousness;

1. whether it is repeated;

1. actual or potential harm; and

1. whether the violation can reasonably be corrected.

11.2 Content Enforcement

For ordinary content policy violations, the Company will generally consider measures such as:

1. reducing visibility or changing the content to private status;

1. notifying the Creator of the reason;

1. providing an opportunity to correct the issue where appropriate; and

1. removing the content if the issue is not corrected, is repeated, or is sufficiently serious.

Where reasonably practicable, an enforcement notice may identify the affected content, applicable rule, action taken, duration of the action, available corrective measures, and available appeal procedures.

If the Company permits correction, the user may make the requested correction within the reasonable period specified in the notice.

The Company may then review the content again and determine whether to maintain, reduce, or remove the restriction.

11.3 Account Enforcement

Account enforcement may include:

1. warning;

1. restriction of particular features;

1. temporary suspension; and

1. permanent suspension or termination.

Depending on the seriousness, repetition, or potential harm associated with conduct, the Company may skip one or more intermediate steps and take stronger action immediately.

11.4 Immediate Action

The Company may restrict, remove, disable access to, suspend, or terminate content or accounts without prior warning or an opportunity to correct the issue where reasonably necessary in connection with:

1. child exploitation;

1. nonconsensual intimate imagery;

1. a court order or other legally binding directive;

1. clearly unlawful content;

1. an imminent or serious threat of harm;

1. material security or payment fraud;

1. circumvention of prior enforcement; or

1. another circumstance requiring prompt action under applicable law.

Where material must be preserved as legal evidence, the Company may disable public access while retaining the material in a restricted environment as permitted or required by law.

The Company may withhold information from an enforcement notice where disclosure is prohibited by law or could interfere with an investigation or safety response.

The number of reports received about particular content does not, by itself, establish that a violation occurred.

Any opportunity to correct an ordinary policy violation will not delay removal or access restriction where applicable law requires prompt action.

12. RIGHTS INFRINGEMENT REPORTS AND LEGAL TAKEDOWN PROCEDURES

12.1 General Reports

Reports may be submitted through the Service’s reporting tools or by email to:

[bondit.contact@gmail.com](mailto:bondit.contact@gmail.com)

A person does not need to be a bondit account holder to report content that allegedly violates that person’s rights.

Where possible, a report should identify:

1. the URL or other information reasonably sufficient to locate the content;

1. the right allegedly infringed;

1. the basis of the complaint; and

1. contact information for the reporting party.

A victim reporting unlawful intimate imagery should not send or redistribute the image or video itself unless specifically necessary and legally appropriate.

12.2 Copyright and DMCA Notices

Copyright infringement notices may be submitted to:

[bondit.contact@gmail.com](mailto:bondit.contact@gmail.com)

Where the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) applies, a valid notice should include substantially the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), including:

1. a physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the allegedly infringed exclusive right;

1. identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or an appropriate representative list where multiple works are involved;

1. identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit the Company to locate it;

1. information reasonably sufficient to permit the Company to contact the complaining party;

1. a statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and

1. a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the allegedly infringed exclusive right.

If the Company registers a designated DMCA agent with the United States Copyright Office, the designated agent information will be made available through the Service’s copyright reporting information.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, the Company may remove or disable access to the material expeditiously and notify the user responsible for the material as appropriate.

12.3 DMCA Counter Notifications

If a user believes material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, the user may submit a counter notification that satisfies applicable statutory requirements.

A valid DMCA counter notification generally must include:

1. the user’s physical or electronic signature;

1. identification of the material removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal;

1. a statement under penalty of perjury that the user has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification;

1. the user’s name, address, and telephone number; and

1. the statements regarding jurisdiction and acceptance of service of process required by the DMCA.

The Company may forward a valid counter notification, including applicable contact information, to the original complaining party.

Where required by the DMCA, the Company may restore the affected material after the applicable statutory period, generally not fewer than 10 nor more than 14 business days after receipt of a valid counter notification, unless the original complaining party timely notifies the Company that an action seeking a court order has been filed.

Restoration remains subject to any separate legal, safety, or policy restriction applicable to the material.

12.4 Nonconsensual Intimate Visual Depictions

A report concerning a nonconsensual intimate visual depiction should include information reasonably sufficient to locate the material, appropriate contact information, and the statements or signature required by applicable law.

Where the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act applies and the Company receives a valid removal request from an identifiable individual or an authorized person acting on that individual’s behalf, the Company will remove the covered intimate visual depiction as soon as possible and no later than the period required by law, and will take reasonable steps to identify and remove known identical copies as required by law.

Synthetic or AI generated material is subject to the same process where it falls within the scope of applicable law.

Requirements governing intimate images or videos do not necessarily apply in the same manner to text only complaints.

12.5 Repeat Infringers and Required Reporting

The Company may terminate the accounts of repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.

A person who knowingly submits a materially false infringement notice or counter notification may incur legal liability.

If the Company becomes aware of material involving child sexual exploitation, it may report and preserve such material as required by applicable reporting, preservation, or other legal obligations.

13. APPEALS OF ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS

You may request review of an enforcement decision by contacting:

[bondit.contact@gmail.com](mailto:bondit.contact@gmail.com)

Your request should include, as applicable:

1. information sufficient to identify your account;

1. the content or action at issue;

1. the reason you believe the decision should be reconsidered; and

1. relevant supporting information.

The Company will not use an internal appeal deadline to restrict any longer period that applicable law gives you to exercise a statutory right.

If a particular enforcement notice specifies a reasonable appeal period, you should submit the appeal within that period.

Where reasonably practicable, the Company will review the information submitted rather than merely repeating an automated decision and will provide the result and an explanation within a reasonable period.

Restrictions necessary to prevent harm or comply with legal obligations may remain in effect during the review.

DMCA counter notifications are governed separately by the statutory process described in Section 12.

14. PURCHASE AND USE OF SPARKS

The price, currency, taxes, quantity of Sparks, applicable purchase limitations, and other material purchase terms will be displayed before purchase through the applicable Apple App Store, Google Play, or in Service purchase interface.

Where applicable, the number of Sparks required for an AI generation feature or other paid function may be displayed before you submit the request.

Sparks requirements may vary based on the applicable feature, model, or functionality.

The Company will not retroactively reduce a right or benefit already purchased in a manner prohibited by applicable law.

Sparks are not:

1. cash;

1. a bank deposit;

1. an investment product;

1. legal tender; or

1. a payment instrument for use outside the Service.

Unless expressly permitted by the Service or required by applicable law, Sparks may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or withdrawn as cash.

Nothing in this Section limits any refund or reimbursement right provided by applicable law.

15. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

15.1 Applicable Rights

The Company honors all cancellation, withdrawal, refund, reimbursement, and other rights required by mandatory applicable law, the applicable product terms, and the payment and refund procedures of the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Neither a purchase screen nor these Terms requires you to waive a statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or damages right that cannot lawfully be waived.

15.2 United States Purchases

For digital product purchases in the United States, there is not a single federal cooling off period that applies uniformly to every digital purchase solely because the purchaser changes their mind.

However, the Company will honor any rights available under applicable state law or other law concerning matters such as:

1. contracts with minors;

1. unauthorized charges;

1. duplicate charges;

1. failure to provide the purchased product;

1. materially misdescribed products; or

1. another applicable legal or contractual basis for a refund.

Unless required by law or expressly provided under a separate refund policy or product offer, a refund generally will not be provided solely because a user changes their mind after completing a purchase.

15.3 Used and Unused Sparks

Sparks that have already been used are generally nonrefundable unless a refund is required by law or the relevant charge or use resulted from an error attributable to the Company.

Eligibility for a refund of unused Sparks or a partially used purchase will depend on the applicable purchase channel, nature of the product, and applicable law.

15.4 Billing and Delivery Errors

If you are charged more than once due to a Company error or paid Sparks are not delivered, the Company may review the applicable payment and usage records and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:

1. cancellation of the charge;

1. a refund;

1. restoration of Sparks; or

1. delivery of the Sparks that should have been provided.

Where applicable law gives you a right to a monetary refund, the Company will not require you to accept virtual credit instead of that refund.

Service interruption remedies are addressed in Section 16.

15.5 Refund Method

Refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable law and the procedures of the relevant purchase channel.

Unused benefits associated with a refunded purchase may be removed to prevent duplicate use.

15.6 App Store and Google Play Purchases

Purchases of Sparks are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play in app purchasing systems.

Refund requests are handled according to the applicable store procedures and applicable law.

If additional assistance is required, you may contact:

[bondit.contact@gmail.com](mailto:bondit.contact@gmail.com)

You may be asked to provide an order identifier, purchase date, product information, and the reason for the request.

Do not send the Company a complete payment card number or card security code by email.

Where the Republic of Korea’s consumer protection laws apply to a transaction, the Korea Addendum below also applies.

If another jurisdiction provides mandatory consumer rights more favorable to you, those mandatory rights control to the extent required by law.

16. SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS AND REMEDIES FOR COMPANY ERRORS

If a material Service interruption occurs, the Company may investigate the affected functionality and provide information regarding recovery or other appropriate action.

Where the Company is responsible for:

1. failure to provide purchased Sparks;

1. an incorrect deduction of Sparks; or

1. a material inability to use a paid feature,

the Company will provide any refund, restoration of Sparks, or other remedy required by applicable law.

AI generation requests may temporarily reserve the applicable Sparks before the generation is completed.

If the generation fails and no valid result is provided, the reserved amount will not be finally deducted or will be restored as appropriate.

If the Company confirms that Sparks were incorrectly deducted as a result of a Service error, it may review the applicable usage records and restore the Sparks, provide a refund where required, or provide another remedy permitted by applicable law.

Any additional Service interruption compensation policy will be disclosed through the Service or applicable purchase interface.

Remedies under this Section supplement, and do not replace, statutory refund or damages rights.

Where applicable law requires a monetary refund, the Company will not substitute Sparks solely at its own discretion in place of that required refund.

17. ACCOUNT DELETION AND CONTINUED AVAILABILITY OF PUBLIC CONTENT

17.1 Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account through the account deletion functionality made available in the Service or by contacting:

[bondit.contact@gmail.com](mailto:bondit.contact@gmail.com)

Once a valid account deletion request is received, the Company will begin the deletion process without imposing an additional discretionary waiting period unless one is required or permitted for a legitimate legal, security, or verification purpose.

The Company will invalidate applicable authentication information and begin deleting or anonymizing account information and associated AI data, such as conversations, memory data, or scenes, in accordance with applicable law and the Company’s data practices.

Certain information may remain where retention is required or permitted by law, including certain transaction records, dispute records, and public content as described below.

17.2 Public Content After Account Deletion

Deleting your account does not automatically delete every character, Plot, or other item you previously chose to make public.

For public content, the license granted under Section 10 may continue after account deletion only for the scope and period reasonably necessary to maintain that public content within the Service and continue providing associated gameplay.

This continuing permission does not create a new transfer of ownership and does not expand into permission to train general purpose AI models.

17.3 Personal Information Within Public Content

Account deletion may delete or anonymize account identifiers and certain profile information.

However, personal information that you independently included inside the text, settings, attachments, images, or other contents of a public Plot or character may not automatically be removed merely because your account is deleted.

You may separately request deletion of public content or removal of personal information contained within public content.

The Company will review such a request in light of applicable law, identity verification needs, remaining legal rights, and outputs previously provided to other users, and may edit, restrict, privatize, or delete the affected content as appropriate.

17.4 Managing Content Before and After Deletion

Before deleting your account, you may manage the visibility or deletion of individual content through available Service controls.

After account deletion, you may contact [bondit.contact@gmail.com](mailto:bondit.contact@gmail.com) to request deletion of public content or removal of personal information.

The Company may verify your identity and will provide information regarding the outcome of the request where appropriate.

The Company will not rely on the continuing public content license to retain or publicly display content that violates another person’s rights or is subject to a legally binding deletion obligation.

18. CHANGES TO OR DISCONTINUATION OF THE SERVICE

The Company may modify features, functionality, or the scope of the Service.

Where a change materially affects a paid benefit, or where the Company discontinues all or a material portion of the Service, it will provide advance notice in the time and manner required by applicable law and will provide any required refund or other remedy for paid products that cannot be provided.

The Company may implement urgent security or legal measures immediately and provide notice afterward where advance notice is not reasonably possible.

Third party services, app stores, networks, hosting providers, telecommunications systems, or other external systems may affect the Service.

The involvement of such systems does not, by itself, eliminate any contractual or legal responsibility that the Company is required to bear under applicable law.

19. DISCLAIMERS, RESPONSIBILITY, AND DISPUTES

19.1 Service and AI Output

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company does not warrant that the Service or AI Output will always be uninterrupted, error free, completely accurate, or suitable for every particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for the Company’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence, any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, statutory consumer refund rights, or rights relating to personal information that cannot lawfully be waived.

19.2 User Responsibility

If you provide unlawful content or content that infringes another person’s rights, you may be legally responsible for your conduct.

The Company remains responsible for its own conduct to the extent provided by applicable law.

These Terms do not impose unlimited responsibility on a user for every loss or third party claim merely because that user uses the Service.

19.3 Dispute Resolution

Before commencing formal proceedings, you and the Company may attempt to resolve a dispute through Customer Support where appropriate.

Governing law and jurisdiction will be determined in accordance with applicable law and legally valid jurisdictional rules.

Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory consumer protections or a court jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be waived.

If the Company later introduces separate provisions concerning governing law, forum selection, arbitration, or class proceedings, the Company will provide any notice and obtain any consent required by applicable law before those provisions become binding.

20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONTACT INFORMATION

The Company may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated Terms and their effective date will be published through the Service.

For material changes, the Company will provide additional notice by email, in Service notification, or another method required by applicable law.

If applicable law requires new affirmative consent to a change, the Company will obtain that consent before the change becomes binding.

The Company will not retroactively apply a materially less favorable term to conduct occurring before that term became effective where doing so would violate applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

The Company’s failure to take immediate action regarding a particular violation does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce the same or a similar requirement later.

General inquiries, enforcement appeals, and rights infringement reports may be sent to:

[bondit.contact@gmail.com](mailto:bondit.contact@gmail.com)

Requests concerning personal information may also be submitted through the contact method identified in the Company’s Privacy Policy.

KOREA ADDENDUM

Transactions Subject to the Laws of the Republic of Korea

This Korea Addendum applies where the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc. of the Republic of Korea or other mandatory Korean consumer protection law applies to a transaction.

1. Right to Cancel an Order

Subject to applicable statutory exceptions, a consumer may generally cancel or withdraw from an eligible transaction within seven days from the date the consumer receives the document describing the terms of the contract.

If the goods, services, or digital content are supplied or begin to be supplied after the consumer receives that document, the applicable seven day period generally begins when the goods or services are supplied or their supply begins, subject to applicable law.

The applicable starting date may differ where another statutory rule applies.

2. Digital Content and Services

Where provision of services or digital content has begun, the right to cancel or withdraw may be restricted if the statutory requirements for that restriction are satisfied.

Where required by law, the Company will clearly disclose any applicable restriction and provide trial use, limited access, a sample, or another legally required measure designed to protect the consumer’s ability to exercise cancellation rights.

Where a contract consists of divisible services or divisible digital content, commencement of one part does not automatically eliminate cancellation rights with respect to portions whose provision has not begun where applicable law preserves those rights.

Payment alone does not automatically eliminate all statutory cancellation or refund rights associated with digital products.

3. Products or Services Not Provided as Advertised or Agreed

If goods, services, or digital content are materially different from what was represented or advertised, or the contract is performed differently from its agreed terms, a consumer may exercise applicable cancellation or withdrawal rights within the period provided by Korean law, including, where applicable, within three months after receiving the relevant goods or services or within 30 days after the consumer became aware, or reasonably could have become aware, of the nonconformity.

4. Refunds Following a Valid Cancellation

Following a legally valid cancellation or withdrawal, the Company will provide the applicable refund within the period required by Korean law, including the applicable three business day period where required, calculated from the legally applicable starting event for the particular type of transaction.

5. Minors and Mandatory Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits a minor’s right to cancel or disaffirm a contract where that right is provided by Korean law.

All other nonwaivable rights available under applicable Korean consumer protection law remain unaffected.
