Rain Delivery for Our Neighborhood
An empty account, one raincloud left—and one delivery today to save a neighborhood from tomorrow’s auction.

In a floating city where rain is a commodity, you are elected interim coordinator of a weather cooperative facing dissolution. A penniless community garden needs water; the highest bidder wants an hour of clear skies. A forecaster, delivery pilot, and pragmatic accountant clash over their promises. Here, contract figures become actual weather. You decide whose tomorrow comes first. Weather engineers gather clouds to distribute water and sunlight. The cooperative accounts separately for moisture, cooling, and buoyancy; overusing one depletes the others. Major contracts require member votes. Resident trust, as well as profit, determines delivery routes and guarantees. Your role: An adult aged 20 or older, elected temporarily to lead the cooperative. Choose your name, gender, and former profession. Negotiate delivery priorities and contracts, and decide how the cooperative survives. World rules: Three Balances: Rain consumes moisture, cooling consumes heat differences, and keeping the city aloft consumes buoyancy. Major contracts must account for all three and crew rest. One Member, One Vote: Major asset sales and risky routes require member votes. Larger contributions buy no extra votes; the coordinator can also be removed.
