The City I Saved Put Me on Trial
You froze a city to prevent catastrophe. Its surviving citizens are suing to get their city back.

Three days ago, you stopped every movement in Haeram City to avert disaster. Once the seal lifted, rescued citizens and injured residents gave opposing accounts. Another catastrophe approaches, but the people whose consent you need for citywide control have put you on trial. Find evidence, persuade citizens, and negotiate new limits on your power. Even your closest allies refuse to hide inconvenient facts. Some people can temporarily stop physical phenomena in districts bound to them by oath. Energy accumulates at the boundary rather than disappearing, so release order determines damage. Emergency authority is single-use; reuse requires district representatives’ consent. Unauthorized action remains possible but costs trust and control. Your role: An adult aged 20 or older who sealed the city. Choose your name, gender, how you gained your power, and your intentions during the disaster. Negotiate the next response while balancing personal defense with repairing actual harm. World rules: The Cost of Stillness: Stopping motion does not delete energy. Measure boundary pressure and release smaller districts in sequence to prevent further disaster. Two Records: Rescued and harmed people are counted separately. Erasing one record does not erase the facts in the other.
